The Safety Team will be meeting today at 2pm in the church sanctuary.
Rethinking Boundary Lines
This week our Lenten passage reminds us that Jesus willingly crossed all kinds of boundary lines in order to change the lives of people. The Samaritan woman is a good example. But can you think of a non-Jewish man Jesus changed? Come this Sunday and find out.

Rethinking Missional Priorities
God loves everyone so much that He is constantly trying to reach the sinner and improve the Christian. Our spiritual growth in Christ is so important, but He also wants to help us grow in our ministry efforts. That is the focus in this week’s Lenten sermon: our missional priorities.

Rethinking Old and New
As we begin Lent our thoughts usually turn to fasting—denying self of something we love, in order to love Jesus more. But Sundays are not for fasting, but for feasting. On Sundays we celebrate the new life we have received in Christ! Let’s worship Him this Sunday!

Shortcuts
While I was shoveling snow, someone drove between the church buildings to drop off their child at the school next door. It was a shorter route for them, but their tire tracks packed down the snow and made my job harder and more slippery. Lesson: the selfish short-cuts of life often cause adverse consequences now and in the future.

The Victorious Race
Life has often been compared to a race, with a different starting and finishing line for each person. And instead of competing with each other, we are to discipline ourselves to reach the goal—eternal life in Heaven. Obstacles hinder our journey, but with Jesus as our Helper, we will be victorious!

In response to salvation
When life gets rough, I sometimes forget all that Jesus has done for me. Yet Christ’s death and resurrection to require a response from me. What are we to do in response to salvation? Come this Sunday and find out.
