For our families with children
If you have children, we have several offerings for all ages.
On Sunday mornings, volunteers are available in the nursery for children up to age 3. A room is available for nursing mothers, too. Both rooms are located next to the Sanctuary near the west entrance.
Children ages 3-5 who are potty-trained can attend Wee Worship in the northeast classroom. Wee Worship offers playtime and learning activities.
Children in school up to age 12 can attend Children's Church. Children's Church offers lessons that reinforce Biblical values and principles. Children's Church is in the room next to the Library.
Once a month, we have a Family Sunday when children stay in the sanctuary with their family.

CPC Glow Walk
Each Spring the Crisis Pregnancy Center of the Wabash Valley has a fundraiser called the Glow Walk. It will be held April 20 at Fairbanks Park. Rhonda Schafer will be participating in this event. If you would like to sponsor her in any way, you can see her in the foyer and sign up. More information about this event can be found on the bulletin board
Prayer Cards
This is the last Sunday to exchange prayer cards for our children/teens! Pick up a card in the basket at the Welcome Center. Next week return it to the basket and leave it there. We will be returning the cards to each child. Thank you for praying!
Easter Egg Hunt: April 19
The annual Community Easter-Egg Hunt is coming soon: April 19th. We need to collect some candy to fill our 1000 eggs! If you would like to help out, please purchase wrapped candy or small “prizes” that will fit into a plastic egg. (We have plenty of plastic eggs.) Place your donations in the green container in the foyer.
Crisis Care Kits
Crisis Care kits must be returned today (March 16, 2025)
Rhonda Schafer is helping us to collect items for Crisis Care Kits. The list of required items has been updated since last year. Each kit must contain EXACTLY what is listed in the requirements or it will be denied. You may purchase the items yourself from the enclosed list, or you can make a donation, and Rhonda will purchase the items and assemble the kits for you. Each kit costs a little over $20 to make. Rhonda will provide the required Ziplock bag in the foyer.
At our church, we know the importance of sending kids to church camp. This experience can help someone come to Chirst or enrich their spiritual life in a powerful way. Each year we have a fundraiser to provide an opportunity for everyone to donate to our camp fund. We use these funds to try to cover half of the fee required to attend camp. This year we are having a TACO BAR on March 30. Mark your calendar and pray about what you might be able to contribute.
This Weeks’ Message
"Blessing and Betrayal"
Scripture: John 13:1-17
13 Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.
2 And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon''s son, to betray Him, 3 Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God, 4 rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself. 5 After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples'' feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded. 6 Then He came to Simon Peter. And Peter said to Him, "Lord, are You washing my feet?"
7 Jesus answered and said to him, "What I am doing you do not understand now, but you will know after this."
8 Peter said to Him, "You shall never wash my feet!"
Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me."
9 Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head!"
10 Jesus said to him, "He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you." 11 For He knew who would betray Him; therefore He said, "You are not all clean."
12 So when He had washed their feet, taken His garments, and sat down again, He said to them, "Do you know what I have done to you? 13 You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am. 14 If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another''s feet. 15 For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. 16 Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him. 17 If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.
