Welcome

Welcome to Brazil Naz. It is our sincere hope that you feel God's presence in our services and Christ's love in our people.

Information about the church, our ministries, upcoming events, and more can be found at brazilnaz.com.

We’d also love the opportunity to get to know you better. Whether you are new to the faith or have been a Christian your whole life, we want to be by your side along your spiritual journey. Please complete a Connection Form so we can keep in touch.

For our families with children

If you have children, we have several offerings depending upon age.

On Sunday mornings, volunteers are available in the nursery for children up to age 3. A room is available for nursing mothers, too. Both rooms are located next to the Sanctuary near the west entrance.

Children age 3-5 who are potty-trained can attend Wee Worship in the northeast classroom. Wee Worship offers playtime and learning activities.

Children in school up to age 12 can attend Children's Church. Children's Church offers lessons that reinforce Biblical values and principles. Children's Church is in the Fellowship Hall.

Sermon Notes

"Giving His Life for Sheep"

Scripture: John 10:11-18

11 "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. 12 But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them. 13 The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15 As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.

17 "Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. 18 No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father."

Changes to Children’s Church

Children’s Church is going through some changes. Children will sit with their parents in the sanctuary for the beginning worship songs. Then, they will be dismissed to children’s church - which will be held in the room at the end of the coat racks. They will join us again for the last couple of worship songs after family altar time. The children’s leaders are trying to instill Christlike love and Biblical values into our children in an age-appropriate way. We appreciate all they do!! Let’s remember them and our children in prayer.

We are putting in an order for some church T-shirts. Would you like to have one as well?

Mission Moment: Argentina

Argentina is a nation of immigrants. The vast majority of its people are mainly of Spanish and Italian descent and mestizo – a mixture of European and Amer-Indian. Nine out of ten say they are Christians, but most admit to not living their faith. Nazarenes began work in Argentina in 1919. We now have 21,314 members, 233 fully organized churches, 179 ordained ministers, and 12 districts. Pray for the Nazarene Theological Seminary in Argentina whose 220 teachers and 54 extension centers are educating 1,250 students and serving 4 countries. Thank You for praying for Argentina.

Bambi Street will be attending The Walk to Emmaus this week as a pilgrim. Let’s remember her in prayer as she goes through this wonderful discipleship experience.
