A few days after being visited by an angel, Mary composed the first song for the Christmas season. It was not about silent nights or angels singing. Her poem was about the impact of Christ’s arrival. Jesus would change everything! Let’s celebrate Jesus this Sunday! – Pastor
Christmas Program Sunday
This Sunday our children, teens, and adults will participate in our annual Christmas program. The theme is “Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever.” The familiar Christmas story still speaks to people today because it is about Jesus, the Son of God. – Pastor

The Advent of Joy
Anticipation builds as we get closer to Christmas. We look forward to family, food, and gifts. People and presents bring good feelings. But what about joy? Is there something more permanent? Can we have joy all year long? Yes! “Joy to the world, the Lord is come!”

The Advent of Peace
The world has been in chaos since the first sin of man. World peace is not going to occur until all sin is gone. But there can be individual peace. Spiritual peace comes when we accept God’s will and follow His plan. Do you have peace with God? – Pastor
The first Sunday of Advent: HOPE
The transition from Thanksgiving to Advent is instant. From thanking God for His provisions and help, we turn immediately to thinking about the arrival of Jesus on planet earth. Advent is preparation because Jesus is coming! And His coming brings HOPE to our thoughts and actions as we scurry towards Christmas.

Ruining the Gospel
There has always been an effort by Satan and sinners to discredit the gospel. But sometimes that effort sneaks into the church. Division and false doctrines inside the church can also ruin the gospel and destroy its effectiveness. Christians need to know the truth and live in a real relationship with Christ.

The Gospel’s Core Message
Often we are challenged in life to make “the main thing” the main thing. For Christians our “main thing” is the gospel. We should live, and even die, standing by our core beliefs. Paul did that. And so have millions of other Christians. Do you know what the gospel’s core message is?

The Gospel’s Impact
Sometimes in our everyday lives we forget that God still works through the ordinary. What we do for Jesus in our daily routine makes a difference! For example, when you resist temptation, it is a victory for God and for yourself, and it shows others the right way to live. Through you the gospel makes an impact!
